By accepting membership in the English Setter Club of America you agree to abide by all Club rules and accept the Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement available for viewing at below.

Please note that all guests need to fill out the Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement form prior to entering club grounds. A signed printed document must be left at the clubhouse for all guests, no exceptions. This includes any and all events or your personal guests.
