Attached are the running order sheets for this weekend's field trial. The current plan is as follows:

Thursday, Sept. 26: Open All-Age Brace 1 Start 8:00 AM, Open Limited Gun Dog (Retrieving) will follow and we will start Open Gun Dog at 12:30 PM or upon completion of OLGD, whichever is later.

Friday, Sept. 27 We will continue OGD at 8:00 AM, then run Open Derby upon the completion of OGD.

Saturday, Sept. 28 Amateur All Age will start at @ 8:00 AM followed by Amateur Limited Gun Dog which will run until conclusion.

• Saturday, Sept. 28 Amateur Walking Gun Dog will start at @ 7:30 AM.

• Sunday, Sept 29 Amateur Gun Dog will start at 8:00 AM and run until concluded.

• Sunday, Sept 29 Open Walking Gun Dog will start at 7:30 AM. Please note that we had a judges change. Joe Luisi will fill in for Megan McKay.

• Unfortunately we did not have enough Walking puppy or Walking derby dogs so those stakes have been cancelled. If checks were received they will be destroyed.

Important Notes:

• If you have not paid your entry fees, there will be "ENTRY FEE ENVELOPES" at the campground tent. Please place your payment in the envelope and fill out all information, including your name, dog's name and entry(s) you are paying for. Envelopes can be given to Mark Dreyfus or Yvette Thomas.

• Please sign in and confirm your dogs at the tent.

• Follow the status of the braces and be ready at the line should a double pick-up occur during the previous brace. Be prepared please.

•  A catered Judges Dinner will be held on Saturday night, if you are interested in attending, please email the number of attendees you would like included. Cost $20.00 per person. Email: escoa.fieldtrial@gmail.com

• We have several tables inside the event tent, but please bring folding chairs for seating.

• With the exception of the Judges Dinner, we will not be offering food for sale.
