  • March 13-15, 2026 - Eastern German Shorthaired Pointer Club Trial
  • March 20-22, 2026 - US Complete Invitational
  • April 3-5, 2026 - North Jersey Brittany Club Trial
  • April 16, 2026, - Anthracite Brittany Club for the Eastern Futurity     
  • April 18-19, 2026 - Del Val Brittany Club Field Trial

Field Trial Grounds Use — Requirements, Fees & Deadlines

📝 Requesting Grounds Use 
📅 Submission Deadlines
  • Fall Field Trials → Form due before March 1st.
  • Spring Field Trials → Form due before October 1st (previous year).
  • Cancellations → Must be submitted before the trial closing:
    • ❌ Grounds fees will be forfeited.
    • ❌ Priority for that date may be lost if another club requests it in the future.

💵 Grounds Fees (New Policy)
  • $125.00 per day + $1.00 per dog per stake.
  • Example: If a dog is entered 3 times in an event → Fee = $3.00 for that dog.

🐦 Bird Policy
  • All clubs must remove all deceased birds.
  • 🚫 Do NOT place birds in the trash or dumpster.

🧹 Cleanup Requirement
  • Grounds, clubhouse, and stable must be cleaned before departure.
  • 💲 A fee will be charged if facilities are not properly cleaned.

📄 Insurance Forms
  • Insurance forms must be submitted to the Corresponding Secretary at least 1 month before the trial date.
  • ⚠️ Failure to submit = Club not permitted to run + Grounds fees forfeited.
