OLD BUSINESS:
• Still no word from Purina about any additional financial assistance for the Centenial event.
• "Distinguished Member" plagues on order for Pugh, Abshire, and Wagner. A suggestion was made to make one large plaque to be hung in the club house. New names could be added over the years. No action taken other then to create a committee (Gager, Wilcox, L. Miller) to examine this and report back in February.
• Xmas party was held on Dec 15. A nice time was had by all. Next year more notice ought to bring more attendees.
• Work day set for Feb. 3rd. Rain date is Feb. 10th. Ed Gager to get fencing materials for club at a good price.
NEW BUSINESS:
• Received request for donation to Medford Fire & Ambulance squad. Board approved $50 each.
• Land in bad shape. Hunter offered his York Rake for use. We could store it on the grounds. He will also retain use of it.
• Board moved to put a picture of Fred Dileo in the Club House.
• AFTCA is considering a proposal to possibly allow 410 gauge guns in trials. They asked for our position. After much discussion, Board's consensus is to not allow this. Ed Kerr will vote as such.
• Board authorized a title search of club property and to dissolve the Farm Project. Our by-laws need to modified to clearly state who owns the property.
• Judith and Tim working on property price. The club is on the county open space list. This looks to be about a 6 month process.
• Bob will order 2-3 loads of stone for the lane.
• Hunter Wilcox brought up a strong position that under no circumstances shall carcasses be placed in the dumpster.
