OLD BUSINESS:

• Still no word from Purina about any additional financial assistance for the Centenial event.

• "Distinguished Member" plagues on order for Pugh, Abshire, and Wagner. A suggestion was made to make one large plaque to be hung in the club house. New names could be added over the years. No action taken other then to create a committee (Gager, Wilcox, L. Miller) to examine this and report back in February.

• Xmas party was held on Dec 15. A nice time was had by all. Next year more notice ought to bring more attendees.

• Work day set for Feb. 3rd. Rain date is Feb. 10th. Ed Gager to get fencing materials for club at a good price.

NEW BUSINESS:

• Received request for donation to Medford Fire & Ambulance squad. Board approved $50 each.

• Land in bad shape. Hunter offered his York Rake for use. We could store it on the grounds. He will also retain use of it.

Board moved to put a picture of Fred Dileo in the Club House.

• AFTCA is considering a proposal to possibly allow 410 gauge guns in trials. They asked for our position. After much discussion, Board's consensus is to not allow this. Ed Kerr will vote as such.

Board authorized a title search of club property and to dissolve the Farm Project. Our by-laws need to modified to clearly state who owns the property. • Judith and Tim working on property price. The club is on the county open space list. This looks to be about a 6 month process.

• Bob will order 2-3 loads of stone for the lane.

• Hunter Wilcox brought up a strong position that under no circumstances shall carcasses be placed in the dumpster.

• Field Trial Committee issued a letter of concern to the board.

• Field Tral Dates for Winter/Spring are as follows:
• 2/23,24 Eastern GSP; 3/1,2 Del Val Wires; 3/8,9 open; 3/14,15,16 Eastern GSP; 3/21,22,23 Sussex; 3/29,30 NJ Vis.; 4/5-9 NJ Brit.; 4/15-20 DV Weims.; 4/25-29 DV Brit.

• Hunter encouraged all to go to NJF&W website and fill out survey and note Greenwood or Peasley.
